Looking for a Rocky.ai alternative?
Rocky.ai is an AI coaching app focused on mindset, discipline and workplace soft skills. It's inexpensive and has a free plan, which makes it an easy place to start.
Forge AI Coach is for the bigger questions: whether to leave a job, what to do after a career ends, how to handle a hard conversation you keep putting off. Ocean remembers what you told it in earlier sessions, so you don't start over each time, and it will tell you when it thinks you're dodging the real issue.

A note on what Ocean is
Ocean is coaching. It isn't therapy or medical care. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
